I love to use A LOT of games to keep learning fresh and fun! One of my class' "Most favorite games of all time," (their words, not mine) is Stinky Feet. I also love this game because you can play it with any material! You can read about it here!
Of course, picking topics the students are interested in always helps, too!
My Shark Week freebie is a quick and easy interactive notebook activity for students to use when they are distinguishing between fact and opinion. The activity includes statements about sharks for students to sort into fact or opinion pockets that are glued into their notebook. It would also make a great station or small group activity! I had a lot of fun making this one, and have a few pictures along the way!
I love Shark Week. Thank you for this wonderful freebie. I don't use interactive notebooks in my classroom so I will be using this as a center!!!!!

I'm trying out Interactive Notebooks for the first time this year, and this is such a great sort for them! Sharks are a great topic because I think so many of the student will agree with the opinions, which always makes it more confusing. Thanks for sharing and for linking up with me this week! :)
